Imagine receiving your personnel and your clients in this neoclassical splendour. Terreiro do Trigo is an exquisite example of the so-called Pombaline architecture, named after the Marquis of Pombal who was in charge of reconstruction after the Great Earthquake of 1755. The building’s sturdy construction was revolutionary in its time and has been well-preserved ever since.

Previously, the building played a key role in the Lisbon cereal trade at the harbor. Today, it looks out on the unloading dock of all arriving cruise liners. This definitely is one of the most unique buildings in Lisbon and the Krest portfolio. The 4 above-ground floor levels are well suited for offices and the general state of conservation is very good.

Downtown in the historical center, near Terreiro do Paço and the Tagus river, it is centrally located with abundant bars, restaurant and all means of public transport nearby.
