Downtown historical center in Pombaline Lower Town. This is an area of great touristic interest, welcoming thousands of visitors every year. The area is defined as “consolidated historic center” with medium high buildings somtimes dating back more than two centuries ago (rebuilt after the big earthquake of 1755), generally occupied by offices (banks, insurances) and public institutions. Good public provisions, in proximity of schools and universities, with excellent access, nearby public transport (Metro and Boat) and public parking.

The actual building dates back to the 19th century and is built in the “Pombaline Cage Technique”, the first examples of earthquake-resistant construction in Europe. With 2 entire floors, it should provide ample space.
