Better known as Avenidas Novas, the area between Saldanha and the Arco do Cego Garden is considered the prime zone of Lisbon. In the consolidated urban center, new buildings confront with older ones in a play of different heights. The higher ones are generally occupied by bigger company offices and public institutions.
Right next to Metro Saldanha, the office is easy to reach both by car and public transport. The nearby parks offer ideal spots for a break and there is no lack of cafés and restaurants for (after)work meetings.
The building dates back to the mid 1970’s, with 7 floors above-ground and 4 floors below for easy parking. The construction combines reinforced concrete with masonry walls and—coming as a nice bonus—a terrace rooftop.
