We began the year with the sale of K-Tower Lisbon Business Centre to the German fund Real I.S. A.G.. This landmark office building, home to Critical Techworks and Spaces, has become a symbol of innovation, earning multiple awards for its exceptional design and sustainability.

In Oeiras, Greater Lisbon, the Jardim Miraflores project, which includes Lotus Living, Villa Iris, and Torre Girasol, was completed. We warmly welcome the new homeowners and wish them many memorable experiences in their beautiful new homes.
In the Algarve, we are preparing to deliver SEA, the first building of the Horizon Ocean Gardens project on Praia do Forte Novo, developed in partnership with Belgian developer CETIM.

Meanwhile, construction is underway on Alvôr – The Breeze, another landmark project that reflects our deep connection to the Algarve. This month, we will celebrate a significant milestone: the foundation stone ceremony, marking the start of a remarkable new chapter for this project. We look forward to completing the project by Q3 2026.
In Belgium, despite challenges in the office market, the new phase of Nivaxis office park, south of Brussels, was launched. This underscores our continued confidence in creating innovative workspaces that inspire productivity and collaboration.
The hospitality sector also thrived in 2024. Moxy Lisboa Oriente exceeded expectations, capitalising on Lisbon’s position as one of Europe’s most desirable destinations.

YUST Antwerp and Liège have continued to attract young professionals with their unique combination of luxury hostel, short-stay, and long-stay options, alongside a vibrant food and beverage experience.
