The Arcoverde represents an investment of 70 million euros and will be completed in 2024. In addition to the apartments, it will also feature shops, green spaces, and various amenities for the condominium as well as open to the community.
Krest Real Estate Investments and Revive, Belgian real estate developers, announced this Tuesday a new partnership in Portugal, which will give rise to the residential project ‘Arcoverde – new urban living‘ in Paço d’Arcos, Oeiras. The total investment will be around 70 million euros. The project consists of 8 buildings with 200 apartments ranging from T1 to T4. They will also have condominium amenities, underground parking, and shops. Sustainability is one of the concerns and mottos of the project, particularly in terms of the energy efficiency of the buildings. Arcoverde is located in a municipal rehabilitation area and will integrate an initiative of the Oeiras City Council aimed at promoting biodiversity and nature in the area. Thus, the condominium will have various public and leisure spaces that can be enjoyed not only by residents but also by communities in the surrounding area. Claude Kandiyoti, CEO of Krest, stated in a press release: ‘We are very excited to start this first joint project with Revive in Portugal,’ a venture that ‘follows Krest’s objective of contributing to social, environmental, and economic well-being, in this case in the city of Paço d’Arcos.’ He is convinced that ‘Arcoverde will contribute to the quality of life of the entire surrounding community. This is what drives us: to invest and develop sustainable projects that create value for the area and the communities.’ Alexandre Huyghe, CEO of Revive, adds that ‘this will be one of our first projects in the Greater Lisbon area. A project that will create new forms of life and interaction, always focused on people and the environment. We are very eager to see the final result and contribute to the regeneration of this area of the municipality of Oeiras, which has so much to offer its residents and potential residents.
