The Krest Real Estate Investments office tower was completed this year and already has a daily flow of over 1100 people represented by the integration of Critical TechWorks and Spaces.
The opening of K-TOWER to host two renowned companies like Critical TechWorks, a fastest-growing IT company in Portugal, and Spaces Oriente, the second unit of the International Workplace Group brand, and world’s largest operator of flexible work and coworking spaces in the country, was covered by national media.
With a total area of 3,000m2, K-Tower will receive on daily basis around 1,500 people in a sustainable and timeless building that responds to the demands of the new generation of offices and offers companies what they most look for in a working environment: natural light flow through glass façades with vertical slats oriented to maximise sun exposure, private gardens, large areas and excellent mobility.
