KREST announcement at SIL was in the news
The Krest announcement at SIL, of three new unique projects in Portugal, was highly coveraged by the national outlets.
The projects represents a total investment of more than 150 Million Euros, and corresponds to an area of 63,400 square meters of construction in unique locations in Portugal and will generate the engagement of more than 500 people, including construction, projects and future management of the properties.
Claude Kandiyoti “Chief Servant Officer” of KREST, stated that “we face the year 2024 and the evolution of the Portuguese real estate market with great enthusiasm, to which we are increasingly committed, whether through our interaction with local partners in terms of architecture, engineering, or construction as well as with local authorities and communities”.
