As spring blooms across Portugal, I am pleased to share Krest’s recent milestones. After two years of dedicated work, we have proudly joined the B-Corp family, affirming our commitment to sustainability and responsible development.
At SIL (Salão Imobiliário de Lisboa), we successfully launched Arcoverde in Paço de Arcos, with 40% of the first phase already reserved. We are welcoming new residents to Torre Girassol — part of Jardim Miraflores — in Oeiras and have delivered the “SEA” building — part of Horizon Ocean Gardens — at Praia do Forte Novo, which earned us and our partner CETIM a second consecutive Prémio Nacional de Imobiliário for southern Portugal’s best design. Alvôr The Breeze’s construction advances steadily on the Algarve coast. In northern Portugal, we’re expanding to the Porto region with two landmark residential towers in Gaia that will transform the skyline and bring Krest’s quality standards to a new market.
