At Krest we have always been very conscious about a sustainable way of living which has defined how we have built our communities from the day we started 10 years ago.
The past events – a pandemic, an ever-changing climate, as well as the current geopolitical volatility – have led us to rethink the way we want to live, the way we want to work and the environment in which we want our children to grow up.
This coming year Krest will be opening its first Breeam Excellent certified office building in Portugal – K-Tower. We will also be inaugurating our first of three residential developments – Lotus Living, part of the Jardim Miraflores complex in Oeiras.
In partnership with the Belgian developer CETIM we have launched construction of the much anticipated Horizon Ocean Gardens project on Forte Novo beach in Quarteira.
The common factor in all these projects is that they are all environmentally friendly and use less energy. Large green sculpture gardens provide a better way of living together that we work relentlessly to offer.
So, what’s coming next? Our aim is to create more communities by developing mixed-used projects combining a living experience based on the concept of Live, Work and Play.
Our participation in the new hospitality / co-living YUST developments combining short and long stays is one of the many projects we have in our pipeline. We look forward to continuing this journey with you.
