We are proud to announce that we have entered into a 15-year contract with Critical Techworks to lease 8 floors, totaling approx. 10,000 sqm of office space for the K-Tower project.
Critical Techworks is a reference company in automotive industry development and innovation, resulting from a joint venture between BMW and Critical Software which is an IT company founded in Portugal.
After the beginning of the building’s construction last March, this agreement reaffirms K-Tower as one of the main projects under development in the Lisbon office market, and that together with the recently concluded Moxy Hotel, will redefine the Parque das Nações area where it is located.
We are now working to deliver to our tenants and to the city, a top quality building centered in high levels of sustainability and mobility.
